‘Yesterday’ was released in 1965 by The Beatles on the album Help!. Paul McCartney literally heard the melody in a dream and wrote it down first thing in the morning. It is the most covered song in the history of pop music, with over 2,200 recorded versions. The music mechanism is mounted on a small wooden board, giving the melody a louder and fuller sound.
