2. Application

These terms apply to orders placed through our online shop. Your statutory consumer rights always remain applicable.

3. Products and orders

We take care to display product information, images, prices and availability as accurately as possible. Obvious errors or mistakes are not binding.

After placing an order, you will receive confirmation by email. The purchase agreement is concluded when this confirmation is sent.

If an ordered item is unexpectedly unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible. Any amount already paid for that item will be refunded.

4. Prices and payment

All displayed prices include VAT. Shipping costs and any other charges are shown clearly before you complete your order.

The available payment methods are shown during checkout. We process the order after payment has been completed successfully.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the address entered during checkout. Please check the delivery address carefully.

Current shipping costs and estimated delivery times are set out in our shipping policy. Unless agreed otherwise, we will deliver within 30 days.

The risk of loss or damage remains with Kleine Eland until you, or a person designated by you, receives the order.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

Online orders usually have a 14-day cooling-off period after delivery. The conditions, exceptions, return shipping costs and refund procedure are explained in our returns policy.

7. Statutory guarantee

A product must meet the standards you can reasonably expect from it. If it does not, you are entitled to an appropriate remedy free of charge, such as repair or replacement. If that is not possible or reasonable, a price reduction or refund may follow.

As the seller, Kleine Eland remains responsible for the statutory guarantee even when a manufacturer offers its own warranty.

8. Complaints

If you have a complaint about a product or order, contact us at info@kleine-eland.nl or +31 20 620 9001. Always include your order number when contacting us about an order.

We will respond as soon as possible and within 14 days. If we need more time, we will tell you when to expect a substantive response.

9. Personal data

Our privacy policy explains which personal data we process, why we process it and which rights you have.

10. Liability

Kleine Eland is liable in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights consumers have under the law.

11. Governing law

Dutch law applies to orders placed with Kleine Eland. If you live in another country, any mandatory consumer protection rights in that country also continue to apply.

12. Applicable version

The version of these terms in force when the order was placed applies to that order.
