How long does delivery take?
We process and ship orders on opening days. Your order is usually shipped on the same or next opening day. After dispatch, delivery in the Netherlands usually takes 1–2 business days. International orders take longer; see our shipping policy for the estimates.

Can I collect my order from the shop?
Yes. Select ‘Store pickup’ at checkout. We will let you know when your order is ready at our shop at Elandsgracht 58 in Amsterdam’s Jordaan district.

Is shipping free?
Within the Netherlands, parcel delivery costs €5.95 and letterbox delivery €3.95; shipping is free from €60. To Belgium and Germany, parcel delivery costs €6.95 and letterbox delivery €5.50; shipping is free from €75. For other countries, the available options and rates are shown at checkout.

Can I return an item?
Yes. Online orders have a 14-day cooling-off period. You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. Withdraw from your purchase or request a return through your customer account. See our returns policy for all conditions.

Can you gift wrap my order?
Yes. We are happy to gift wrap your order when practical. If an item cannot be wrapped, we will include wrapping paper separately.

Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely with iDEAL, Mastercard, Maestro, Bancontact, Visa and American Express.

Do you have a physical shop?
Yes, you are welcome at our shop at Elandsgracht 58 in Amsterdam’s Jordaan district.
