How long does delivery take?
Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days via PostNL. After shipping, your order is usually delivered within 1 to 2 business days.

Can I pick up my order in the store?
Yes, you can. Choose 'Pick up in store' at checkout. We will let you know as soon as your order is ready for collection at our store at Elandsgracht 58 in Amsterdam's Jordaan district.

Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free for orders over €60. For orders under €60, we charge €5.95 shipping costs.

Can I return an item?
Yes, unused items can be returned within 14 days in their original packaging. Register your return via info@kleine-eland.nl.

Can I get gift wrapping?
Yes, of course. We are happy to gift wrap your order, as long as it is practically possible. If it is not feasible for an item, we will include gift wrapping paper separately.

Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely with iDEAL, Mastercard, Maestro, Bancontact, Visa, and American Express.

Do you also have a physical store?
Yes, you are very welcome in our store at Elandsgracht 58 in Amsterdam's Jordaan district.
