music box | Free as the Wind | Van Gogh | Fishing Boats

This musical mechanism by Fridolin combines the gentle melody of ‘Free as the Wind’ (Goldsmith & Harper) with Van Gogh’s painting ‘Fishing Boats on the Beach at Saintes-Maries’ (1888). The bold brushstrokes and vibrant colours lend this mechanism a maritime atmosphere. The music mechanism is mounted on a small wooden board, giving the melody a louder and richer sound.

Dimensions approx. 8.5 x 4.5 x 2.6 cm
