Listen to who’s crowing – the animal wall clock for children

Children, watch out! With KooKoo KidsWorld, the farm comes to the nursery. Every hour on the hour, one of the twelve farm animals reminds us what time it is: at 7 o’clock the kitten meows, at lunchtime the piglet grunts, and at 16 o’clock the little dog barks as a reminder of its afternoon walk. All the animal sounds are original recordings from the wild and can be heard for approximately 15 seconds. This makes every hour something to look forward to. Thanks to a light sensor, the little farm is quiet at night, as all the animals go to sleep when it’s dark.

The child-friendly design of KooKoo KidsWorld makes telling the time an easy exercise. Next to each number on the dial is a fun, colourful animal motif, drawn by the well-known children’s book illustrator Monika Neubacher-Fesser. The minutes can be read in a circle around the outer edge. There’s something a bit quirky going on there. This makes learning to tell the time really fun.

An accompanying booklet features a question-and-answer game and a colouring template of the cheerful animal motifs to colour in and copy. KooKoo KidsWorld is available with a wooden frame or in various frame colours.6
