If you order this in combination with a music mechanism, we will try to install it for you.
If that unexpectedly doesn't work out, there are already small screws on the inside. If those holes do not correspond with the metal base of the music box, the wood is soft enough to secure the screws in any other place.
On the side is a slot into which the crank fits exactly, with which you wind it so that you hear the melody playing.
On the top there is a lid that is secured with a larger screw. You can slide it aside to see what is happening inside the box.
