An expressive art card from Bekking & Blitz featuring a reproduction of My Child and her Mother by Kees van Dongen. The painting shows an intimate portrait of a mother and child in Van Dongen's characteristic Fauvist style: vibrant colors, flowing lines, and large, dark eyes that hold the gaze. A card with a warm, emotional appeal. Blank inside, so you can write your own personal message.
Kees van Dongen (1877-1968) was born in Delfshaven and later settled in Paris, where he became one of the most important Fauvist painters.
