Jellycat Amuseables Horatio Pistachio is a 14 cm pistachio soft toy with a soft green centre, an open beige shell, a small face and brown legs. The different shades of green and layered shape make Horatio instantly recognisable as a pistachio.
Horatio loves to explain that pistachios are actually seeds and that his family comes from an orchard in southern Italy. He used to be shy, until a course in artisanal chocolate-making helped him come out of his shell; now he rolls truffles and makes chocolate bars with obvious delight.
