Light My Fire was released in 1967 on The Doors' debut album. Written by guitarist Robby Krieger, with the iconic keyboard intro by Ray Manzarek. The song originally lasted over 7 minutes. Jim Morrison refused to change the lyrics for The Ed Sullivan Show — and kept his word. One of the greatest rock songs of the 60s.
